AI, Tech and the Best Equipment in the World Wont Create Performance.
The Proven Logix 5.0 Trainers Performance System Does

More Information Wont Fix Your Performance
The equipment is not the problem. The automation is not the problem.
Research shows that only 12% of employees apply new skills from training to their job, and only 25% believe training measurably improves performance.
Here’s what that actually looks like inside your facility:
Unpredictable downtime that nobody can fully explain
Tribal knowledge walking out the door every time someone retires or quits
Slow fault identification because every technician has a different approach
Training that happens once and never transfers back to the job
Skills gaps that compound across shifts and facilities
A senior engineer spending half his day answering questions that should not require him
Limited access to hands on training
No way to practice fault diagnosis without risking the real equipment

AI Can Teach You How – But Performance Requires Getting Hands-On Experience
For years, automation training has focused on transferring information — watch this, read that, pass the test. AI just made all of that instantly available to anyone with an internet connection.
More courses.
More certifications.
More content.
But information alone has never built a skilled engineer — doing has.
Studies show most technical training fails to transfer to the job within 30 days.
Yet most programs still measure success by completion rates, not performance.

Four Ways We Build Performance Into Your Operation
The System Is the Solution.
The right solution depends on where your team is breaking down and what it is costing you. Here are the ways we close that gap so your operation runs consistently across every technician, every shift, and every facility.

What you do today becomes the trail someone else will walk tomorrow. If the trail is invisible, chaotic, or undocumented, no one can follow it. And when you are gone, everything collapses.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions From Maintenance, Operations Leaders and Engineering Teams

What is Logix Trainers?
Logix Trainers is an industrial automation training and services company built around one outcome: Building Tested, Trusted, and Trained Teams that can troubleshoot consistently across every shift and every facility. We use a structured five phase engagement model called the Logix 5.0 System to find your skills gap, build a custom solution around it, and embed the capability into your operation.
Who do you work with?
Mid-size manufacturers running industrial automation who have a Director of Engineering or Operations Manager with a visible skills gap and the authority to solve it.
What makes this different from other training programs?
We audit before we prescribe. Most training vendors sell you a solution before they understand your problem. We run a structured discovery engagement first so that everything we build is specific to your environment, your equipment, and your team.
Do you work with companies outside our region?
Yes. The audit, facilitation, and training delivery can all be conducted remotely, and because simulation based training requires no hardware, no software, and no travel, geography is never a barrier. We have worked with organizations across the United States. If your team has a troubleshooting problem we can solve it regardless of where your facility is located.
What does an engagement cost?
Every engagement is scoped based on audit findings. We do not quote before we discover. If you want a number before a conversation, we can share a range of $7,000 – $50,000, all depending on a few variables of course.
How do we get started?
Book a discovery call. We will have a direct conversation about your operation and let you know within that call whether the Logix 5.0 System is the right fit for what you are facing.
